Managed care, nuts and bolts of EMDR

This will be a basic workshop on what managed care really is. What are HMO’s, PPO's Carveouts, etc. What are provider lists and how to join. How to deal with closed panels. What is an OTR, or outpatient treatment report? How to fill them out. How to deal with case managers, and case management procedures. Where does EMDR fit in to this picture? How to deal with managed care companies about EMDR. Where is the managed care industry headed and how can therapists think through dealing with all these changes?
