EMDR: The future is now

Description

Victor Frankl in his seminal "Man's Search for Meaning" has expounded the importance of a larger vision, a transcendent purpose as pivotal for a fruitful and fulfilled existence. How does EMDR assist us in this attainment? How does the use of EMDR in therapy invite us to extend the boundaries of what we once thought was possible? Individuals are limited in present functioning by the imprisonment of dysfunctional past experiences. However, once these experiences have been reprocessed they can help to ensure a meaningful and resourceful future. The newest applications of EMDR are opening new frontiers of exploration in the area of physiology, health, and human potential. What we do now molds who we will be, and what we can achieve in the future.
