EMDR and the creation of hope, post 9/11

This article discusses about the particularities of applying eye movement desensitization therapy (EMDR) to 9/11 trauma, ideas for utilizing existing hopefulness in clients and the course of two treatments that integrate EMDR and hypnotherapy within a psychodynamic framework.
