EMDR Colorado Research Project: One year follow-up
Description
80 men and women who received three, 90 minute sessions of EMDR in the fall of 1993 for a single traumatic memory were retested in the winter of 1994 to assess continued treatment effects. The results indicate continued treatment benefit in addition to some intriguing changes in behavior, thoughts, and feelings. Reports of the clinical statistical data will be discussed in depth.
