목적 : 안구 운동 둔감에서 안구 운동의 역할과 재 처리 (EMDR)에 대한 지속적인 논쟁이 있었다. 이 연구는 공포 자극에 노출 된 후 수평 안구 운동의 가능한 자율 효과를 조사 하였다. 방법 : 쉰이 건강한 성인 여성은 무작위로 5 분 공포 유도 필름 클립을 시청 후 안구 운동 또는 눈을 고정 그룹에 할당되었다. ECG는 클립 및 치료를 시청 한 후, 휴지 상태 동안 기록 하였다. 심박수의 분광 분석을 수행 하였다. 변수가 정규 분포의 규칙을 위반하고, 각 그룹의 개수는 비 - 파라 메트릭 시험을 사용 하였다 작다. 결과 : 전반적으로, 우리는 시간 및 주파수 도메인에서 그룹 간의 차이를 발견하지 못했다. 발견 된 일부 약간의 차이는 이전의 연구 결과와 일치하지 않았다. 결론 : 공포 탈감작 동안 자율 신경계에 안구 운동의 효과는이 실험에서 지원되지 않습니다. 다른 정신 생리 학적 측정을 더욱 연구 외상성 메모리 치료 안구 운동의 역할을 이해하는 것이 필요하다.
Objectives: There has been a continued debate regarding the role of eye movements in Eye Movement Desensitization and
Reprocessing (EMDR). This study examined the possible autonomic effect of horizontal eye movements after being exposed to fearful stimuli. Methods: Fifty two healthy adult women were randomly allocated to eye movement or eye fixed groups after watching a five minute fear-inducing film clip. ECG was recorded during the resting state, after watching the clip, and the treatment. A spectral power analysis of the heart rate variability was performed. As the variables violated the rule of normal distribution and the number in each group is small the non-parametric test was used. Results: Overall, we did not find the differences between the groups in both time and frequency domains. Some minor differences found were not consistent with results from previous studies. Conclusions: Effect of eye movement on autonomic nervous system during fear desensitization was not supported in this experiment. Further study with other psychophysiological measures is needed to understand the role of eye movements in treatment of traumatic memory.
