"Natural Flow EMDR" ist eine Vorgehensweise, die sich durch den Verzicht auf therapeutische Hypothesenbildung im Prozess und folgende Elemente ausgezeichnet: Hinhören auf das Wesentliche, Modulieren der Intensität im Prozess, Verwenden fortgesetzter bilateraler Stimulation, Lokalisieren und Aktualisieren positiver Körpersensationen und ein pendelnder Aufmerksamkeitsfokus zwischen positiven Ressourcen und Auslösern subjektiver Belastung.
"Natural Flow EMDR" is a procedure which is characterized by the abandonment of therapeutic hypotheses in the process and the following elements: listening to the essence, modulating the intensity of the process, use of continued bilateral stimulation, locating and updating positive body sensations and a reciprocating focus of attention between positive resources and triggers of subjective burden.
