催眠とEMDRの併用と統合的使用(その1)書痙の訴えから母子関係におけるトラウマの再処理へ移行した事例を通してThe combined and integrative use of hypnosis and EMDR (1) From a case study in which treatment focus shifts from graphospasm to reprocessing of mother-child relationship

福井義一（2007）は、書痙（筆記時の筋緊張による書字困難）を主訴とする患者に対して、催眠とEMDR（眼球運動による脱感作と再処理法）を併用した治療を行った症例を報告しています。治療の過程で、症状の背景に母子関係に起因するトラウマが存在することが明らかとなり、治療の焦点は身体症状から心理的トラウマの再処理へと移行しました。催眠によって深層意識へのアクセスを促進し、EMDRによって記憶の再処理を行うことで、症状の軽減と情動の安定が得られたとされています。本稿は、両技法の統合的使用が複雑な症状に対して有効である可能性を示唆しています。

Yoshikazu Fukui (2007) presents a case study involving a patient with graphospasm (a writing-related motor disturbance), treated through an integrative approach combining clinical hypnosis and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). During therapy, the focus shifted from the physical symptom to underlying trauma rooted in the mother-child relationship. Hypnosis facilitated access to deeper emotional layers, while EMDR enabled reprocessing of traumatic memories. The patient experienced symptom relief and emotional stabilization. This article highlights the therapeutic potential of combining hypnosis and EMDR for complex psychosomatic conditions.
