犯罪被害者のPTSDにEMDRが著効した1例(一般演題,第44回日本心身医学会九州地方会演題抄録(1)) PTSD victims of crime were very effective in EMDR is one case

EMDR （Eye　 movement 　desensitization 　and 　re − processing ：眼 球 運 動 に よ る 脱 感 作 と 再 処 理 ） は PTSD （ 外傷後 ス トレ ス 障害 ）の 治療法の 一つ で あ る ． 今回 わ れ わ れ は犯 罪 被 害 に よ る PTSD に EMDR と 薬 物 療 法 を適用 し， PTSD の 著 明 な 改 善 をみ た の で 報 告 した ． 　 症 例 ：初診 時 48 歳 ，女性 ．X 年 6月 に職場 に 強盗 が 押 し入 り現 金 を奪 わ れ た ． こ れ を き っ か け に 不 眠， 音へ の 過 敏性 ， 悪 夢 ， フ ラ ッ シ ュ パ ッ ク，職場 へ 出勤 で き な い な どの 症状が 出現 ．同年 10月 ， 当科初 診 し薬物療法 （Paroxetine　30　mg ／日，　 Ethyl　loflaze − pate　3　mg ／日， 　 Etizolam　1　mg ／日）を 開始．不眠な ど の 身体症状 は か な り改善 し た が ， 職場 へ の 出勤 回避， 事 件 に対 す る後悔 ，悪 夢 ，フ ラ ッ シ ュ バ ッ ク な どの 精 神 症 状 が 持 続 した た め ， X ＋ 1年， 薬物療法 と 並行 して 演者が EMDR に て 治 療 ．事 件 の 記 憶，職場へ の 出勤， 事 件 の フ ラ ッ シ ュ バ ッ ク な ど を治 療 標 的 と し，29 回 の EMDR 面 接 を 2年間 実施 した ．そ の 結 果 ，症 状 は 目常 生活 に 支 障 な い レ ベ ル に ま で 改 善 した ．EMDR 開始時 に 28点で あ っ た IES−R （PTSD 症 状質 問紙 ）得 点 は， 治療 後 に 正 常域 の 12 点 ま で 低 下 し た ．こ れ ら の こ と よ り EMDR は 犯罪被 害者 の PTSD に 有効 で あ る と考 え られ た ．

Although physical symptoms such as insomnia have improved considerably, the mental symptoms such as avoidance of attendance at work, regret for the incident, nightmare , EMDR by performers in parallel with drug therapy. The memory of the incident, the attendance to the office, and the EMDR of the incident were treated as a treatment target and 29 interviews were conducted for two years. As a result, the symptom was improved to the second-to-none life. The IES-R (PTSD questionnaire) score, which was 28 points at the start of the EMDR, was lowered to 12 points in the normal area after treatment. These things were considered to be more effective for PTSD than EMDR crime victims.
