运用EMDR技术治疗恐惧反应案例 The use of EMDR in the treatment of cases of fear response

如果救援人员直接面对着血淋淋的现场,每天都要冒着余震与危房倒塌的危险从废墟瓦砾中救助生还者,或者需要克服恐惧心理去挖掘遇难者遗体,不可避免地会遭受很大的心理冲击。笔者在灾区前线做心理救援工作一个半月中,运用眼动脱敏与再加工(Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing,以下简称EMDR)心理治疗技术,取得较好的疗效,使部队许多官兵的心理症状得到消除或缓解。本文通过对一位出现恐惧心理反应的救援战士实施EMDR心理干预治疗的案例,说明EMDR技术同样适用于处理急性应激反应。
