Healing the wounds of trauma, shame and grief
Description
Compassion-focused eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR) can play a role in healing the wounds of repressed trauma memories, shame and grief. No one therapy is a panacea for all, and the developments of approaches such as compassion-focused therapy1 offer the therapeutic community exciting new interventions to investigate.
