IADC Therapy: An application of the AIP model in the treatment of grief

Description

After-death communication (ADC) is a naturally occurring phenomenon in which a living person perceives direct contact with a deceased person. Studies indicate that one-third of people across vast demographics have experienced ADCs. This presentation will provide an overview of Induced After Death Communication therapy, which uses AIP principles to assist clients in processing the sadness associated with their grief and, in about 75 percent of cases, experience an ADC. Modifications to the standard protocol will be described through a case example, along with burgeoning research in IADC showing promising results in dramatically alleviating distressing grief symptoms.
