Developing the next generation of the teaching and learning of EMDR therapy

This session will explore arguments as to how EMDR, both as a therapy and as a community, might respond to challenges from developing training for UN Peace Keepers, training Para-professionals, and developing EMDR therapy training into academic institutions. It will outline existing projects in Myanmar, for Peace-Keepers, Para-professionals, and within university academic programs, and consider ways as to how the teaching and learning of EMDR therapy needs to adapt for the next generation.
