Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is an evidence-based treatment for trauma and PTSD. The purpose of quality improvement project was to determine whether providing evidenced-based trauma therapies for adults with histories of adverse childhood experiences were effective in reducing depression and trauma symptoms
