A meta-analytic comparison of EMDR to other trauma treatments: Effectiveness, efficiency, and acceptability to clients

Description

From an exhaustive literature search, 40 studies were identified which featured a comparison of EMDR to another treatment. A team of three blind raters selected those 19 studies that featured random assignment as well as an active comparison treatment. Another blind team of three rated those studies on investigator allegiance, treatment fidelity, and other factors.
