How to use resource-focussed EMDR with ego state therapy and drawn images

Description

By subscribing to the hypothesis that the right brain is important for the recognition and expression of emotion whereas the left brain is the site of the language centre, then Schmidt’s combination of using ego state therapy, drawn images and EMDR is logical. This fascinating four-step method is achieved using drawings made with the dominant and non-dominant hand together with bilateral stimulation.
