Case study on eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR) and resolution of preoccupation of skin rashes and human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection

Literature describes that stress results in preoccupation of skin conditions. However stress management did not show any significant improvement of this preoccupation. The first author had then expanded the framework to include past unpleasant memories (trauma) triggered by stress results in preoccupation of skin conditions.
