Le style général d’attachement de nos clients en psychothérapie EMDR vient influencer différents moments du processus thérapeutique: la création de rapport thérapeutique, la collecte de données, les besoins en matière de préparation au EMDR, les réponses du client au processus de retraitement EMDR pour n’en nommer que les principaux. Cette présentation vise à présenter comment les styles d’attachements adultes viennent influencer 1) la prise d’histoire et l’accès au matériel du client; 2) la réaction du client face à sa propre histoire et comment il la transmet au clinicien; 3) le choix des cibles de travail EMDR qui sera à effectuer. Par le biais de présentation didactique et de vignettes cliniques de Phases 1 EMDR, les participants pourront se familiariser avec ces différents éléments.

The general style of attachment of our clients in psychotherapy EMDR comes influence of different times therapeutic process: the creation of therapeutic report, data collection, the needs Readiness EMDR, the client's responses to the EMDR reprocessing process to name the key. This presentation aims to present how the adult attachment styles influence come 1) the history and access to customer equipment taken; 2) reacting the customer facing its own history and how it shall forward the clinician; 3) the choice of EMDR work targets that will be performed. Through presentation didactic and clinical vignettes EMDR Phases 1, participants will become familiar with these different elements.
