Description

During this journey, we shall study prerequisites and conditions of reprocessing the birth memories. We will approach the theory of the stress and intense stress. It will be question about the “3 F” Peter Levine's theory and the polyvagal theory. We will widen our capacity to welcome the inconceivable and to bring to the foreground in safety at our client/ patient in double consciousness: here and now I am going to visit a memory of past. So we will experience breathing in self conciousness and feeling our body sensations. The purpose is developping our capacity to observe our own feelings without being identied to them. Then, we shall discover the 7 steps of the birth physiologicol passage. Afterwards, we will have a panorama of the triggers bound to the birth in touch with what is the crossing of the human being which is going to be born. We finally will see how desensitivating and reprocessing them in EMDR through the presentation of a case.
