Introduction:
Intervention in emergency accomodation centers for refugees for the evaluation of mental disorders (especially PTSD) and for EMDR treatment Objectif : The objective is to create an intervention model for refugees centers in order to permit a better mental health treatment.

Materials and Methods:
Using differents scales as PCL-5 for the evaluation and identification of the persons who suffer from PTSD or sleep disorder scale, for a further EMDR treatment.

Results:
In January 2018, 22% of the Sainte Genevieve exiles center are suffering PTSD and 50% have sleep disorders. Exiles accumulate vulnerabiliyty factors, physical and psychological, and their administrative uncertain situation intensify their distress.

Conclusion:
These results lead us to recomend a global and multidiciplinary care, including psychological treatment of the exiles. EMDR is a treatment for PTSD which is recomended, even if in some cases there is a possible mental block due to their administrative uncertain situation. It is necessary to take into account the language problem, the impact of the translation, and develop differents therapeutical tools which can be used depending on the the different stage of intervention according to the administrative situation of the exile.
