EMDR e psicodrama narrativo transxeracional nun dispositivo público EMDR and transgenerational narrative psychodrama in a public setting

Presentamos o caso dunha muller de 47 anos que chega ao Programa de Trauma e Disociación do Hospital de Día derivada dende a súa Unidade de Saúde Mental. Refería sintomatoloxía ansioso-depresiva a consecuencia do acoso laboral que sufriu durante 3 anos. Inicialmente, o tratamento dirixiuse ás imaxes intrusivas relacionadas co mobbing procedendo con EMDR. Mediante a exploración minuciosa da súa historia biográfica, obsérvase a repetición de acontecementos e pautas de interación significativas ao longo da súa vida. Para a súa abordaxe, realizamos unha aproximación progresiva mediante un modelo integrador: técnicas derivadas do enfoque sistémico narrativo construcionista, terapia transxeracional, psicodrama bipersoal e traballo estruturado do sentimento de culpa. Deste xeito, chegamos á posible orixe da súa sintomatoloxía actual: un dó non elaborado, uns repetidos patróns de interación baseados na loita de poder entre mulleres, un rol de coidadora frustrado e un sentimento de culpa transxeracional.
A case report of a 47 year-old woman, referred from the Mental Health Center and admitted to the Trauma and Dissociation Unit in the Day Hospital is presented. She suffered from an anxious-depressive syndrome secondary to mobbing along three years. We initially address treatment to the mobbingrelated intrusive images with EMDR. Then, and having thoroughly explored her biography, we observe the repetition of significant events and interactive patterns along her life. We make a progressive approximation of these, through an integrative model, with techniques derived from the systemic narrative constructionist approach, transgenerational therapy, bipersonal psychodrama and structured work of the blame feeling. We therefore reach the possible origin of the present symptomatology: a non-elaborated bereavement, repeated interactive patterns based on power fights among women, a frustrated caring role and a transgenerational blame feeling.
