Dissociation et dimension victimaire chez un pédophile: La thérapie EMDR peut-elle aider?

Ce travail vise a` amener des e´ le´ments de re´ flexion sur ce qu’il est possible de faire d’un point de vue the´ rapeutique avec des patients auteurs d’infractions a` caracte` re sexuel. Nous discuterons dans un premier temps des diffe´ rentes conceptions et propositions de « soins » a` prodiguer a` ce public dans le cadre d’une contrainte judiciaire. Nous analyserons ensuite l’inte´ reˆt de ce cadre pour faciliter la rencontre. Nous tenterons d’apporter des e´ clairages the´ oriques concis concernant l’EMDR et la mise en oeuvre de son protocole standard afin de les rendre intelligibles pour les personnes n’y e´ tant pas forme´ es. Nous pourrons alors entreprendre un voyage au sein du processus the´ rapeutique menant un patient pe´ dophile a` une modification de la perception qu’il a de lui-meˆme et a` un changement de ses attirances. Changement que nous espe´rons pe´renne.

This work aims at bringing elements of reflexion on what is possible, from a therapeutic point of view, with patients authors of offences of sexual character. We will discuss at first different conceptions and proposals of ‘‘care’’ to be lavished on this public as part of a judicial pressure. We will analyse then the interest of this frame to make meeting easier. We will try to bring concise theoretical lightings concerning EMDR and implementation of its standard protocol to make them comprehensible for persons not being formed there. We will then be able to undertake a trip within the therapeutic process leading a paedophile patient to a modification of perception which he has of himself and in a change of his attractions. Change for which we hope permanent.
