Perspectives: Understanding the military and veteran treatment environments

A significant number of EMDR thera¬pists work with military and veteran populations and their family mem-bers. Four groups of therapists treat the veteran and military populations. The Department of Defense (DOD), Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), community-based treatment centers as well as private practice therapists provide services to these members of our communities.
