脳の発達と生育歴で見立てる子どものトラウマ治療Trauma therapy for children tailored to brain development and life history

EMDR はPTSD の治療として現在では世界 的に広く認められている手法である。しかし， 臨床の現場でEMDR を使っていると，EMDR が効果をもつのは，DSM におけるPTSD の診 断基準A にあるような「実際にまたは危うく死 ぬ，重傷を負う，性的暴力を受ける出来事への （中略）暴露」にかぎらないことを痛感する。 神田橋が「PTSD とは，ある心理的な外傷体験 の記憶，その記憶の再生に関連して起こってく る，不安状態が，現在「here and now（ヒヤ アンド　ナウ）」で動いている精神活動に阻害 的に働くこと」と言い（神田橋，2007），Bessel van der Kolk が「PTSD の治療の目標は，人 が〈過去〉に属する的外れな要求に従って感じ たり行動したりすることなく，〈現在〉に生き るよう手助けをすることである」と語っている。 このように，過去の出来事とその経験によって もたらされたものによって，現在に起こってい ることをそのまま感じとることができず，過去 の影響に縛られた理解によってなんらかの不便 や苦悩を強いられるならば，それは過去が“ト ラウマ”として影響していると言っていいだろ うし，それを“トラウマ”として治療する価値 があると言えるだろう。

EMDR is a globally widely accepted method of treatment for PTSD. However, when using EMDR in clinical practice, EMDR is not particularly effective in "exposure to events that actually die, are seriously injured, and are subjected to sexual violence", such as those in PTSD's diagnosis criterion A in DSM. "PTSD is an impediment to mental activities currently in "here and now", which is caused by the memory of a psychological trauma experience and the regeneration of the memory. (Kanda Bridge, 2007), Bessel van der Kork said, "The goal of treating PTSD is to follow the irrelevant demands of a person in the past. to help them live in the present without or acting." In this way, if you cannot feel what is happening to the present by past events and their experiences, and you are forced to do some inconvenience or anguish by understanding bound by the influence of the past, you can say that the past is affecting you as "to Rauma", and it is worth treating it as a "trauma".
