The crime of sexual abuse of children is a violation of innocence in its worst form, as rates of sexual violence against children have increased significantly in various countries and in Algeria in particular, and the factors that cause the exacerbation of this phenomenon are numerous, including economic, social, cultural, religious and others, and thus its psychological impact is reflected on behavior This has contributed to the spread of this phenomenon, and the more widespread it becomes, the greater the number of victims than children. Those who do not know how to express their pain translate it into psychological and behavioral disorders that exacerbate whenever the delay or absence of psychological care and treatment for them.And because sexual abuse carries with violence a lot of humiliation and humiliation for the child, he needs an intensive treatment program armed with various techniques that alleviate the trauma that he has experienced. It was developed to combine elements of cognitive and behavioral psychotherapy.
