Veremos la relación directa existente entre apego y adquisición de recursos regulatorios. Entenderemos como la etapa perinatal es fundamental en el apego y en la adquisición de la regulación emocional y como cualquier ligera amenaza pone en peligro la percepción de la seguridad y puede generar rupturas de apego. Dedicaremos un espacio especial a las necesidades de apego más severas cuando en la etapa temprana se ha producido un desarrollo marcado por falta de seguridad consistente, amenaza, negligencia o abandono. EMDR puede ayudar a recobrar y reparar la seguridad percibida. Mostraremos como esa reparación de apego hay que realizarla tanto con las figuras de apego como con el niño. En los casos se podrá visualizar la intervención a nivel familiar, esto permite que se pueda producir una mejora en el conjunto de cuidados-vinculo. Así tenemos el mejor indicador y predictor de la permanencia de las ganancias terapéuticas alcanzadas.
We will see the direct relationship between attachment and acquisition of regulatory resources. We will understand how the perinatal stage is fundamental in attachment and in the acquisition of emotional regulation and how any slight threat endangers the perception of security and can generate attachment breaks. We will dedicate a special space to the most severe attachment needs when in the early stage there has been a development marked by a lack of consistent security, threat, neglect or abandonment. EMDR can help restore and repair perceived safety. We will show how this attachment repair must be carried out both with the attachment figures and with the child. In the cases, it will be possible to visualize the intervention at the family level, this allows an improvement to be produced in the set of care-bonds. Thus we have the best indicator and predictor of the permanence of the therapeutic gains achieved.
