La terapia EMDREMDR therapy
Description
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a comprehensive therapeutic method that began to be applied in the late 1980s in the treatment of post-traumatic stress in victims of catastrophes and wars, sexual abuse, rape and accidents. Over time, its usefulness has been demonstrated in the approach of other psychopathological entities in which mental suffering caused by unresolved traumatic experiences can be identified, such as pathological duels, phobias, some personality disorders, panic attacks and obsessions.
