Küçük ‘t’ travma etkisini belirleme ölçeğinin geliştirilmesiDevelopment of the small ‘t’ trauma effects determination scale

Bu araştırmada küçük ‘t’ travma etkilerinin belirlemeye yönelik “Küçük t Travma Etkileri Ölçeği’’nin geliştirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubu on sekiz yaş üstü bireylerden oluşmakta olup, ölçeğin psikometrik incelemeleri kapsamında açımlayıcı faktör analizi (AFA) için n=549 ve doğrulayıcı faktör analizi (DFA) için n=317, test tekrar test için ise n=89 katılımcı araştırma grubunda yer almıştır. AFA sonucunda ölçeğin toplam varyansın %54.22’ni açıklayan üç alt boyutlu bir yapıya sahip olduğu görülmüştür. Bu alt boyutlar Kendilik ve Gelecek Algısı Olumsuz Etkileri (KGAE), Duygu, Düşünce ve Davranışlardaki Olumsuz Etkiler (DDDOE), Beden Duyumuna Yönelik Olumsuz Etkiler (BDYOE)’dir. Ölçek maddelerinin faktör yükleri ise KGAE için .41 ile .77, DDDOE için .52 ile .79 ve BDYOE için .51 ile .77 arasında değişmektedir. DFA sonucunda elde edilen uyum iyiliği değerlerinin ise χ2/sd (2462.79/776) = 3.17, p= .001, SRMR= .060; NNFI=.97; IFI= .97; CFI= .97; RMSEA= .083 (RMSEA için güven aralığı= .079–.087) şeklinde olduğu görülmüştür. Güvenirlik analizi sonucunda elde edilen Cronbach alfa iç tutarlık katsayıları ise; ölçeğin tamamı için .97, KGAE alt ölçeği için .93, DDDOE için .94, BDYOE için ise .91’dir. Elde edilen bulgular geliştirilen ‘Küçük ‘t’ Travma Etkileri Ölçeği’nin küçük ‘t’ travma etkilerini belirlemede yeterli düzeyde geçerli ve güvenilirlik değerlerine sahip olduğunu göstermektedir.

In this study, it was aimed to develop the "Small t Trauma Effects Scale" to determine the effects of small 't' trauma. The study group of the study consisted of individuals over the age of eighteen, and within the scope of psychometric analyzes of the scale, n=549 for exploratory factor analysis (EFA), n=317 for confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), and n=89 for test-retest. . As a result of EFA, it was seen that the scale had a three-dimensional structure that explained 54.22% of the total variance. These sub-dimensions are Negative Effects of Self and Future Perception (CGAI), Negative Effects on Emotions, Thoughts, and Behaviors (DDDOE), Negative Effects on Body Sense (CAPI). The factor loadings of the scale items ranged from .41 to .77 for CGAI, between .52 and .79 for DDSI, and between .51 and .77 for CIDI. The goodness of fit values obtained as a result of CFA were χ2/sd (2462.79/776) = 3.17, p= .001, SRMR= .060; NNFI=.97; IFI= .97; CFI = .97; RMSEA= .083 (confidence interval for RMSEA= .079–.087). The Cronbach alpha internal consistency coefficients obtained as a result of the reliability analysis are; it is .97 for the whole scale, .93 for the KGAE subscale, .94 for the DDDOE, and .91 for the BDYOE. The findings show that the developed 'Small 't' Trauma Effects Scale has sufficient validity and reliability values in determining the small 't' trauma effects.
