Description

There are a wide range and variety of resourcing and stabilisation techniques to assist clients prior to desensitisation phases four to six. A well-resourced and stabilised client can process memories avoiding some of the blockages, defences, and phobia’s that we may encounter in complex clients. In addition, new clients may present with Covid 19 related anxiety who may or may not be interested in processing childhood trauma’s and for whom resourcing, and stabilisation is beneficial.
