How to deal with emerging traumatic memories during armoring segment unlocking
Description
4-Princípios básicos do EMDR-Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing.
This article aims to offer some technical resources to be added to the methodology of body psychotherapy based on Reichian approach to the emergence of traumatic memories during the unlock. The unresolved traumatic nucleus can intensify the transferential resistance, regressive tendencies, psychotic breakouts, withdrawal from therapy, creating cyclical withdrawal patterns contact, symptoms of PTSD-Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and/or dissociative defenses and still strengthen the characterological rigidity instead of making it flexible. Theory: 1-Dissociation and the different degrees of non-contact. 2-How trauma and shame are hidden in breastplates. 3-How can we re-traumatize instead of treat. 4-Basic principles of EMDR-Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. 5-Difference between change of emotional state and reprocessing. 6-Catharsis and elaboration. 7-Overcoming the trauma and the self towards the treatment. Techniques: 1-Border and security. 2-Getting responsive to the reprocessing. 3-How to use eye movements safely.
