Description

The targeting plan constitutes a collection of targets ordered according to the axis of time which will promote associations, the meaning of these links and strengthen the patient's elaboration capacities. These targets constitute all the salient and difficult moments of the expression of the problem from its origin (targets of the past), to its resolution (targets of the future), including the moments which trigger suffering in the present (targets of the present). After their collection (targeting plan), each of these targets - if it retains a disturbing emotional charge and following the plan developed - will subsequently be subject to reprocessing in phases 3 to 8 to activate the transformations brought about by the treatment adaptive information (TAI model). We hypothesize that the problem will be overcome when the targets of the three stages of treatment have been examined and treated, all precautions having been observed elsewhere in the treatment plan to ensure the psychological stability of the patient, the absence of secondary benefits, the existence of a present non-pathogenic psychosocial context, and the type of clinical presentation of the patient (non-complex presentation versus complex presentation). The identification of pathogenic networks of the past focuses on the inaugural points of the problem and founders of the symptomatology of the present. These target memories constitute - in the case of non-complex and stable clinical presentations - the first stage of treatment, that of the past: the oldest memories, starting with the source memory if it is "embodied", will be reprocessed...
