Dr. Louise Maxfield—A memorial former editor-in-chief of the Journal of EMDR Practice and Research

Description

A contemporary perspective of eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy would surely testify to its remark able development from humble origins to an established, internationally recognized, empirically supported psychological treatment. In enabling Francine Shapiro’s vision toward alleviating global suffering and trauma, many have contributed to this cause. One person who walked side by side with Francine was Louise Maxfield, a true icon and legend of our EMDR international community.
