The study aimed to determine the effectiveness of a group therapy program based on Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Eye Movement Delay and Developmental Disorders (EMDR) in reducing alexithymia among women with late-onset schizophrenia in the Jeddah region, and to determine the differences in The average age of the students in the study was 30 years, and the delay in graduation was 12 years. The study sample was administered a questionnaire through two separate groups of pre- and post-tests, to determine the appropriate time to release the experimental group. The sample was not tested on the experimental group (once 30 days old), and the test was not conducted in a randomized manner. The study was conducted on the basis of a detailed description of the therapeutic program for the patient (14 sessions) and the doctor on the triple site, while the patient did not receive any treatment. The results showed that the level of alexithymia of the different groups - the problem of communication, the problem of handicap, the problem of mind and body, the problem of man-directed thinking, the level of psychological well-being from the side -, The study showed that there were no significant differences (α = 0.05) in the mean scores of the sample and the region in terms of the degree of late onset of pregnancy and the number of years of late onset of pregnancy.
