Facilitating the journey from fear to love: using EMDR to treat attachment problems in children and adults

Description

Children who suffer emotional wounds within their earliest attachment experiences frequently build strong walls of defense that continue into adulthood. Participants will learn to identify anxious core beliefs related to unhealthy attachment patterns and implement EMDR to remove obstacles to closeness. Case studies illustrate the application of EMDR to improve the quality of attachment relationships for adults and children.
