The investigating of effectiveness of training relaxation without tension along with biofeedback and EMDR on war veterans with PTSD

Objectives: The aim of this study was to examine the effectiveness of relaxation training without tension along with Biofeedback and EMDR on war veterans with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Methods: In this research 20 war veterans with PTSD were selected availability sampling and divided into 3 groups of: Relaxation Training without tension along with Biofeedback (n=7), EMDR (n=7) and control group (n=6). After that, experimental groups was attended in treatment sessions while control group didn't attend in any treatment session. Result: experimental groups has been found to be effective on PTSD among Iranian war veterans but there was no significance difference between two treatment method.
