EMDR treatment of fibromyalgia

Description

Fibromyalgia Syndrome (FMS), is characterized by widespread muscle pain, tenderness in muscles, sleep disorders, fatigue, concentration and memory problems, and frequently by psychological distress. It is very common and chronic. Unfortunately, there is no effective medical or alternative treatment for FMS. Based on AIP Model we worked with a series of FMS clients with EMDR therapy and received good results. In this workshop the EMDR Treatment of FMS along with EMDR Fibromyalgia Protocol will be explained and the results of the study will be presented along with a video presentation of EMDR treatment and one year follow-up-session of a client with long term FMS and depression.
