The EMDR processing continuum
Description
EMDR processing is noted for its spontaneous activation of associated channels related to the targeted incident. At times clients are unwilling or unable to process all the neural networks associated with the targeted incident. This workshop will teach clinicians a “variable speed” application of bilateral stimulation; i.e., The Processing Continuum: EMD, EMDr, EMDR. By manipulating the bilateral techniques, clinicians can keep client on “target” so as to keep the client focused on the targeted incident and within their window of tolerance.
