Eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR) and the admissibility of evidence in criminal trials

NSW Court of Appeal in Tillott considered the admissibility of evidence from a witness who had been subjected to a procedure eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR) - EMDR is a new treatment for post traumatic stress disorder.
