TRN starter kit

Whether new to the TRN world or perhaps needing support to streamline and promote your existing TRN, join me for 90 minutes to help invigorate your team. Get some practical support to "work smarter, not harder" and integrate best practices that launched the San Diego TRN over ten years ago. This presentation will support the start-up and growing phases of a team and lay administrative foundations for the volunteers. Secondly, we will look at how to approach and support the populations your team is interested in, and then manage the expectations of EMDR and consider how to use it effectively in a short term model. It takes patience and relationship building to be ready to act when called upon to support your community when trouble comes to town and your TRN needs to be vibrant, healthy and effective in the long term.
