Every child has a right to know their stories

Description

Every individual has a unique story. Their stories start before they were born and even go far beyond previous generations. The goal in every therapy is to construct a coherent life story within the individual. We know that family secrets are inherited from generation to generation until they are resolved. If the parents do not take their responsibilities to explore their own issues lay in the family story the children caries them and exhibits symptoms. When we are working with children we have an advantage to work with the family. In this presentation we will be explaining how family stories are being processed with the family using story technique and EMDR by giving a case example.
