Feeling state addiction group protocol over the internet with specific focus on emotional eating as an example of an addictive behaviour for waitlist clients

The workshop will teach the protocol for treating emotional eating, working over zoom or face-to-face with a client as part of a complete treatment programme to working with groups and supporting people on a waitlist with information about emotional eating. We will cover Robert Miller's Feeling State addiction and Carolyn's G-EmE protocol for groups.
